Residential & Commercial Lawn Care

MOWING AND TRIMMING

Our regular weekly mowing and trimming service team will give your yard a professionally manicured appearance. Trimming is done around all trees, fences, landscape beds, etc., and any leftover clippings are blown off from the pavement areas.

MULTI-ACRE AND VACANT LOT MOWING

Our specialized team provides efficient and professional multi-acre and vacant lot mowing services, ensuring large properties are neatly maintained. We offer bagging or mulching of grass clippings based on your preference and trim around trees, fences, and other structures for a well-groomed finish. Leftover clippings are cleared from pavement areas, leaving your expansive property looking pristine.

DETHATCHING

Dethatching removes the thick layer of dead plant material (thatch). This allows air, water, and nutrients to reach your plants and soil again. Dethatching allows your lawn to drain better as well.

Recommended in the Spring

POWER RAKING

Power raking is the more aggressive approach to taking thatch out of your lawn. This process involves a machine about the size of a push mower that uses mechanical flails to literally dig the thatch out of your lawn. It can pick up 2 ½ – 4 times more thatch than dethatching. Power raking is for lawns with a serious thatch problem.

Recommended in the Spring.

CORE AERATION

Core Aeration creates holes down into the soil to alleviate compaction so air, water, and nutrients can reach the grassroots. Deprived of their basic needs by compacted soil, lawn grasses struggle in stressful situations, such as heat and low rainfall, and lose their healthy, rich color.

Recommended Spring or Fall.

LAWN OVERSEEDING

Overseeding is the process of adding a bulk amount of grass seed to an existing lawn. This causes more and more grass to grow between the existing grass and thus creates a thick lawn that makes it very difficult for weeds to pop up because the thick grassroots weave themselves together creating a barrier. Overseeding is most effective when combined with core aeration, which plugs holes in your lawn for the grass seed to fall into.

Recommended Spring or Fall.

FERTILIZING/WEED CONTROL

We provide applications at regular intervals throughout the season depending on the number of applications signed up for. We offer up to 4 fertilizer/weed control applications each season. Signing up for a higher number of applications will mean you get visited earlier in the spring. We aim for visits every 6-8 weeks throughout the season. However, this does vary depending on the weather and the number of scheduled applications.

  • Spring – This application is a blend of fertilizer and weed control, plus pre-emergent.
    • It will be our first visit to the 3 application or higher programs.
  • Late Spring – This application is fertilizer plus weed control.
    • It will be our first visit to the 2 application program.
  • Early Summer – This application is fertilizer plus weed control.
  • Summer – This application is fertilizer plus weed control.
  • Fall– This application is fertilizer plus weed control. It acts as a lawn winterizer to help prevent weed growth next spring.
  • Late Fall – This application is fertilizer plus weed control. It acts as a lawn winterizer to help prevent weed growth next spring.

SEASONAL CLEAN-UP

Leaf clean-up should be done in both the spring and fall in order to allow for necessary sunlight, nutrients, and water to get to the lawn. Leaves and debris that are not cleaned up will get matted down and may pose a threat to the growth of the grass. Leaf clean-up service consists of removing all leaves and debris from landscape beds and window wells and mowing and bagging of the leaves. All debris is hauled away from the property.
